Shipping Policy
Red Rocker Essentials ships all orders by the next business day, Monday - Friday. We ship the same day whenever possible. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for most standard shipping orders.
- Standard shipping costs to the lower 48 states are a flat rate of $4.
- Three-Day shipping is available during checkout for $12.99
- Two-Day shipping for $19.99.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are typically $8.99 for all orders.
We no longer ship to Puerto Rico due to carriers losing several customer orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day - as mentioned above, orders should ship out within 24 hours. This excludes special orders and out-of-stock products. Also note that Red Rocker Essentials attempts to ship orders 100% complete (partial orders are rare, except in situations of out-of-stock products).
Rural areas may take additional time to receive our shipments. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

The following are third-party websites, so the links are subject to change, and any data entered or transmitted is outside of the Red Rocker Essentials network.
Air Shipping Restrictions
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts air shipment of certain items, which it believes could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishaps. Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories:
- Aerosol-type products in pressurized
spray cans, such as hairspray and shaving cream. - Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. DOT restricted products can only be shipped via ground delivery.
If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows:
- You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee).
- We will also subtract any other outside charges Red Rocker Essentials has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order, and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

DISCLAIMER
Address or Other Customer Error
If a package is returned to Red Rocker Essentials due to an address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee. See our guarantee for additional details.
Violation of Laws
If a package is returned to Red Rocker Essentials due to a violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to Red Rocker Essentials. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee.
Customer Refusal
If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), Red Rocker Essentials will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee, upon receipt of the returned package.
Customs Seizure
If a package has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping
carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when Red Rocker Essentials receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee.
You should always contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to understand regulations or restrictions that may apply. Not understanding your country’s regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties or your delivery being delayed, or returned to us.
Lost Packages
Lost packages must be reported to Red Rocker Essentials within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Destroyed or Unreturned Packages
If a package has been destroyed by customs (or the carrier) or has otherwise not been returned to Red Rocker Essentials, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
Illegal and Banned Products
Contact your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized.
Please refer to the Returns Disclaimer for additional information regarding seized packages. Laws do change frequently so please note that we do NOT guarantee that products found on our site can be shipped to you without problems.
Non-US Customers
Red Rocker Essentials is currently unable to accept international payments. We are working on identifying the best way to make our products accessible to our international customers. Orders placed with international payment or billing addresses will be cancelled.
Third-Party Routing and Shipping Services
Use of third-party routing and shipping services (such as drop-ship companies) is
prohibited. You agree that you will not direct shipments or obtain products for export. If you choose to place an order in violation of this policy, Red Rocker Essentials assumes no liability for the shipment or contents once the order has left our warehouse.

Once we receive your return within 90 days from the date of delivery we’ll refund the full purchase price (minus original shipping fees) via your original payment method.

- Select Clearance Items: Please be aware that some items on clearance sales may reach the best-by date prior to consumption. We will indicate this on the product page.
